The last week of March?? Wow, that flew by! It’s officially spring and there’s so much to do when a season changes. The promise of sunnier skies, cherry blossoms, chirping birds always makes us think about sewing up something fun to celebrate. Sunny prints made into pillows, dresses or bags? Let’s do it!

Tuesday brings the ever popular Free Motion Quilting Class – our risk-free motion quilting will have you feeling more confident in your FMQ skills and have a ton of fun while you’re at. Taught By Katie Pedersen, it starts this Tuesday and ends next Tuesday, both sessions begin at 6:15 p.m. Minimal supplies required.

Wednesday is the machine appliqué pillow class and it’s updated design, inspired by our winter window. Come have fun learning a new skill and spread your art/collage wings. Class starts at 6:15 p.m.

Thursday’s Everyday Skirt class is now sold out – stay tuned for another session of one our favorite beginning sewing projects. You can also get the pattern here. You’ll want to make more than one!

Friday fun day – it’s the start of our first round of the Archer! Have you seen the store sample? Julienne nailed it with this one.

Saturday’s Deer & Doe Plantain Tee class is a perfect introduction into sewing with knits and working with pattern modifications if needed.

And want to learn a quilting technique and an invisible zipper installation? The Improv Triangles Pillow class with Katie Pedersen on the 30th is a double duty workshop! Starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m.

Looking for the rest of our classes? Visit the site and check ’em out!
